Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) Training

Join us for an in-depth course on IPNB
IPNB is not a way of doing something,
it is a way of understanding the nature of being human.
2025 Dates TBD

Please email us at info@relationalcare.org to be added to our newsletter for training updates.

In this training you will gain insights into the importance of the brain, the whole body, relationships with ourselves and other people, and interconnections with nature and God. IPNB offers a framework to help both therapists and clients. Therapists will be challenged in their own person-of-the-therapist work in order to build resiliency and self-compassion. Therapists will also gain tools and interventions to help clients experience healthy integration in order to live with meaning and purpose, compassion and connection.

The nine Domains of Integration are a clinical framework from Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), developed by Dan Siegel. Integration (differentiate then link) is a hallmark of health; mentally, physically, and spiritually. The domains are clinically informed and biblically supported.

IPNB provides a comprehensive framework for the brain, the mind and relationships.  The domains can be used to assess a client’s level of integration and provide appropriate interventions as part of an overall treatment plan to increase the potential for mental health.  It can serve as a guide to enhance the way God created us to heal and live out the Great Commandment.

Each session will focus on:

  • Exploring each domain and how to assess for integration

  • Utilizing integration as a framework for treatment planning

  • Exploring interventions that support integration within the brain/body, mind, and relationships

Beginning September 13, 2024, we will explore each of the Nine Domains of Integration, through didactic teaching, group discussion and experientials.

Course includes Case Consultations
