About me...
Understanding and building emotional safety is the heartbeat of my therapeutic process. In my professional work with adults, couples, parents, and children, I help clients form healing connections with the self and others, as you harness the power and knowledge of your mind, body, and spirit.
You won’t find judgment, labels, or quick fixes with me. Rather, we will press into the design of your unique self and reach change through compassion and care. I consider my role as a therapist to be a support system, a remover of shame, and an unconditionally accepting and comforting safe space.
My clinical training is in attachment and interpersonal neurobiology. I enjoy working with clients experientially, meaning we will press deeply into your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual experience of the world. It is my joy to come alongside you as you sift through anything you need to bring to the table, from relational stress to spirituality to trauma to depression and anxiety. Beginning the journey of counseling can be intimidating, and I look forward to providing a safe space for you to take the first step toward life change.
