Hi, I'm Riley...
Life is full of complex emotional experiences that shape the way our minds and nervous systems respond to the world. In our work together, we’ll explore how these experiences have impacted you, find clarity in past events, and create a path forward that fosters a deeper sense of safety, self-confidence, and personal meaning.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and creative. I believe that healing doesn’t just happen through words, which is why I integrate expressive, non-verbal techniques such as sand tray therapy and artistic activities into our work. Whether working with individuals or couples, I love helping people tap into emotions in a way that feels organic and uniquely themselves.
I specialize in working with couples seeking to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and grow in intimacy. I believe that our intimate relationships are sacred spaces where healing, growth, and transformation take place. They challenge us to embrace acceptance and humility, allowing us to deepen our understanding of ourselves, strengthen our connections with others, and cultivate a closer relationship with God.
Therapy is more than just a space to process struggles—it’s an opportunity to discover yourself, reclaim your story, and move toward the life and relationships you desire. I would be honored to get to know you and walk with you on your journey!
